Saturday was a very busy day at Geraldine Kindergarten.
We shared a hāngi, a taonga of the maori culture with our children and their families.
What a breathtaking experience for us all, as we all took the time to watch as the kai was lifted from the pit. We experienced so much by using all of our senses, we were able to touch, smell and taste the delicious food.
We would like to say a big "thank-you" to all of our Kindergarten families for their donations of food and time, without your help this event would not have been possible.
